Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision for 2026
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize strategic innovation opportunities
- Present executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau preferred)
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
