Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive organizational change management for technology transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional data modeling and financial analysis capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
