Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 20+ PhD researchers
- Identify and patent breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market potential
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and government bodies
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives targeting net-zero impact by 2026
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Portfolio of 3+ technologies launched in the past decade
- Fluency in futures methodology and scenario planning
