Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption and strategy
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster cross-disciplinary ideation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching tech initiatives with 3-5 year planning horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience in scenario planning
