- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, papers, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
