Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AGI) and commercialization potential
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build strategic partnerships with frontier tech startups and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing next-generation technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
