Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring emerging tech applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain external ecosystem partnerships with research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
