- Present future-tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026-era challenges

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps beyond 3-year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation management
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ professionals
