Responsibilities

- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, autonomous systems, and neural interfaces
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, government labs, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and market impact metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar-tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate R&D funding
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
