Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 era.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) and assess their applicability to our business model.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Product Innovation: Work closely with product managers to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven features and automation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical and technical risks associated with advanced AI deployment and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact technical projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated passion for exploring the frontiers of technology and predicting future trends.
