- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, risks, and disruptive opportunities
- Champion innovation ecosystems through R&D partnerships, incubation programs, and open innovation
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive analytics and market modeling
- Drive transformational initiatives across product development, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a future-ready culture

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and predictive modeling
