Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technological and societal shifts across global markets
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops on risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Author forward-looking white papers influencing industry standards
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent certification
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight platforms
