Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to identify emergent market opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI ethics, and geopolitical shifts
- Author forward-looking white papers published in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental ventures in quantum computing and biotech
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists using proprietary foresight platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing long-term scenarios for Fortune 100 clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate modeling, or biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ transformative strategic initiatives implemented at scale
