Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and market forecasting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing applications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
