- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term vision
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders using data-driven predictive modeling
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships for future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research in foresight or technology forecasting
- Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
