Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce whitepapers and strategic briefs quantifying future market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advose C-suite executives on long-term risk mitigation and innovation investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Planning preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
