Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market transformation potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future vision into corporate strategy
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposal development
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in scaling transformative technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and policy development
- Strong network with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Ability to articulate complex futures scenarios to diverse stakeholders
