Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences and physical-digital hybrids
- Analyze socio-technical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems implementation
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies within 18-month cycles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive visualization tools
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in future-focused tech roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and simulation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
