Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and market intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and evaluate emerging startups and acquisition targets
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against innovation milestones
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience guiding executive workshops
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFIP) or technology forecasting strongly preferred
