Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and market trends to define 2026+ strategic priorities
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovation across global markets
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven market positioning
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 vision milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
