Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and market forces to forecast 2026+ industry transformations
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation pipeline performance and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- C-level communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
