Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives identifying emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Develop patent strategy portfolios targeting exponential growth sectors
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops using scenario planning methodologies
- Establish KPIs measuring innovation velocity and market disruption readiness
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate frontier technology investments
- Author thought leadership positioning Nexus as 2026+ innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- CFRP (Certified Foresight Practitioner) or similar certification preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across global markets
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions
