Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Greet and screen all visitors with professional demeanor
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages daily
- Maintain reception area appearance and supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR documentation
- Support department projects with data entry and filing
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
