- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain reception area presentation and ensure professional ambiance
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support event coordination and office logistics as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Professional appearance and polished telephone demeanor
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
