Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including visitor greeting, call routing, and mail processing
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics across 15+ departments
- Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Execute office supply inventory management and vendor relationship maintenance
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding documentation and benefit administration
- Implement digital filing systems using Microsoft 365 Suite with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years in corporate reception or executive support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience with scheduling platforms (Calendly, Doodle) and CRM systems
- Professional demeanor with ability to remain calm under pressure
