Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain company records, databases, and spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare correspondence, and schedule meetings and appointments using digital calendars.
- File Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship or volunteer experience in an office setting is highly valued.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
