Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and voicemail management
- Greet visitors warmly, coordinate meeting schedules, and maintain reception area appearance
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accurate documentation
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for executives
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
