Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department executives
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital for easy access to records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
