Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ market trends
- Lead evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present technology insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and market analysis
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
