Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast emerging technologies, competitor movements, and industry shifts.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of high-impact investment opportunities for the next two years.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget approval and resource allocation for strategic projects.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems into modern architectures to support scalable growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
- Mentor high-potential talent and foster a culture of innovation within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and delivering multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
