Responsibilities
- Lead the annual 2026 Strategic Vision initiative, identifying key technological trends (AI, Quantum, Biotech) that will disrupt the market.
- Define and oversee the execution of the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate long-term goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Predict and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
- Present complex strategic plans to the C-suite and Board of Directors with clarity and impact.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business intelligence.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
