Responsibilities
- Input and update customer and account information into our secure databases with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies immediately upon detection to prevent errors.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate reports and summaries from collected data using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external distribution.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or missing information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast typing speed with a minimum of 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
