- Establish quantitative/qualitative frameworks for measuring future readiness and risk exposure
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership with proven future-shaping impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience scaling foresight frameworks in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
