Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen AI systems (neuromorphic computing, AGI frameworks)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum-AI convergence, synthetic data ecosystems) for competitive advantage
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with future regulations
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including investors and government bodies
- Partner with academic institutions to shape AI research priorities
- Drive innovation sprints for breakthrough applications in climate tech and healthcare
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in futurist or C-suite tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Expertise in quantum-AI integration and generative adversarial networks
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to enterprise-level impact
