Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias-free, transparent AI algorithms
- Conduct forward-looking impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Shape corporate AI policy through collaboration with UN tech ethics committees
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
- Pioneer novel approaches to AI explainability and human-AI symbiosis
- Present findings at global forums like the World AI Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or AI Ethics journals)
- Deep expertise in federated learning, neural-symbolic AI, and explainable AI
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference tools
- Fluency in at least two non-English languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
