Qualifications

- 5+ years implementing AI ethics frameworks in regulated industries

- Published research on AI alignment problems or value learning
- Proficiency in AI audit tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
