- Establish transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Advocate for inclusive AI practices by auditing training data and deployment strategies
- Represent Nexus Futuristics in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory dialogues
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
