Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployment models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in algorithms
- Advise C-suite executives on regulatory compliance and policy implications
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces for high-stakes AI projects
- Author thought leadership publications on responsible AI evolution

Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with ethics specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics research
- Published work in top-tier ethics or AI journals (e.g., Nature AI, Ethics & Information Technology)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing and bias detection
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on tech ethics
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
