Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product lifecycles
- Advocate for responsible AI practices with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt compliance strategies
- Train technical teams on ethical AI deployment best practices
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong policy advocacy experience with regulatory bodies
- Deep understanding of generative AI and autonomous systems
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
