Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models across all product lines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails into AI development lifecycles
- Advise leadership on emerging AI regulations and global ethical standards (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability requirements
- Monitor industry trends to ensure compliance with evolving ethical AI benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and algorithmic auditing
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate, Stanford HAI Fellowship)
- Experience with explainable AI frameworks (SHAP, LIME, XAI) and fairness metrics
