Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare, organize, and file sensitive documents and records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and expense approvals.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and team members.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
