Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Process incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route inquiries appropriately
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Assist with procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and coordinate training sessions
- Act as primary point of contact for resident inquiries and public service requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in government/nonprofit preferred
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
