Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts impacting future markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for future-proofing initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on future of work/tech (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
