Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision across R&D, product, and market expansion
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-synthesis, AI ethics) into core business models
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists through agile innovation sprints
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable technology deployment in urban ecosystems
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Partner with global policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership with Fortune 500 scale impact
- Proven track record of launching future-facing technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, circular economy systems)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier conferences)
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ international markets
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent
