Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- R&D Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and evaluating their feasibility for our platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, establishing best practices and code quality standards across the organization.
- Future-Proofing: Identify potential risks and technical debt, implementing strategies to ensure system longevity and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
