Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (haptic, neural, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with industry-wide impact
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption
- Collaborate with academic institutions on breakthrough research initiatives
- Translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI fields
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products (quantum computing preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and quantum cryptography
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with cross-industry tech incubation programs
