Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario planning for climate-tech disruptions and supply chain resilience
- Partner with CTO to prioritize R&D investments in post-quantum cryptography
- Develop ethical frameworks for neurotech and synthetic biology applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for geopolitical tech policy shifts
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor innovation lab teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future planning or emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in quantum AI, climate modeling, or digital ethics
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating tech roadmaps implemented into production systems
- Deep expertise in Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized governance
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools and AI-driven trend analysis
