Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing breakthrough AI and quantum computing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers for collaborative research
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives to achieve carbon-neutral innovation by 2026
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investor pitches and white papers
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Present at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, etc.) to establish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in R&D innovation or strategic futures planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- Published research in AI/ML or quantum computing with 50+ citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
