Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, biotech fusion) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-backed market projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in corporate strategy with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record leading multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and market disruption modeling
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
