Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 sustainability and tech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruption
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging AI and biotech applications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals from academic, governmental, and startup ecosystems
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for industry publication
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in climate tech, quantum computing, or ethical AI
- Proven experience developing decade-long organizational roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or sustainability journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Experience with cross-sector stakeholder engagement (gov, academia, industry)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
